Terms of Service

Rolled Stone Studio provides private online music instruction, including but not limited to guitar, bass, music theory, songwriting, and related musical education.

Lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement between the student and Rolled Stone Studio.

Students are responsible for arriving on time and ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, functioning camera and microphone, and their instrument ready before each lesson begins.

Payment is due before the lesson or according to the student's subscription or lesson package.

Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking.

Lessons may be suspended until payment has been received.

Students may cancel or reschedule a scheduled lesson with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled to another available date and time at no additional charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered late cancellations. Late-canceled lessons are forfeited, are not eligible for rescheduling or refund, and the full lesson fee will apply.

Students who fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice ("no-show") will forfeit that lesson. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling, refunds, or credits.

If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at its originally scheduled time. Arrival after 15 minutes without prior communication may be treated as a no-show at Rolled Stone Studio's discretion.

If Rolled Stone Studio must cancel a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If a suitable rescheduled time cannot be arranged, Rolled Stone Studio may issue a refund or account credit at its discretion or as required by applicable law.

Lesson packages and subscription discounts are intended for the enrolled student only and are non-transferable.

Once a lesson package or subscription has been purchased, all sales are final.

Unused lessons are not eligible for refunds, credits, or cash value unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Students are responsible for scheduling and attending their purchased lessons within any applicable package or subscription period.

All lesson purchases, including individual lessons, lesson packages, subscriptions, and prepaid sessions, are final.

Rolled Stone Studio does not offer refunds for any purchased lessons, including unused or partially used lesson packages, except where required by applicable law.

If Rolled Stone Studio must cancel a lesson and is unable to provide a reasonable opportunity to reschedule, a refund or account credit may be issued at Rolled Stone Studio's discretion or as required by applicable law.

Individual completed lessons are non-refundable.

Refunds for prepaid lesson packages are handled on a case-by-case basis and may exclude lessons already completed.

Students are responsible for having:

• A stable internet connection
• A computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of video conferencing
• A functioning microphone and camera
• Their instrument and any required materials

Rolled Stone Studio is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student's equipment or internet connection.

Students are expected to treat instructors with courtesy and respect.

Rolled Stone Studio reserves the right to discontinue lessons without refund for abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.

Students may not record lessons without prior permission from Rolled Stone Studio.

Rolled Stone Studio may occasionally record lessons for educational purposes only with the student's consent.

All lesson materials, worksheets, videos, exercises, and educational content provided by Rolled Stone Studio remain the intellectual property of Rolled Stone Studio unless otherwise stated.

These materials are for the student's personal educational use and may not be copied, distributed, sold, or shared without written permission.

Rolled Stone Studio is not liable for injuries, equipment damage, data loss, internet outages, or indirect damages arising from participation in online lessons.

Students participate voluntarily and are responsible for practicing safely.

Student contact information is used solely for scheduling, communication, billing, and lesson administration and will not be sold to third parties except as required by law.

Either party may discontinue lessons at any time.

Rolled Stone Studio reserves the right to terminate instruction if these Terms of Service are violated.

Rolled Stone Studio may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
